Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is important to me, and I reserve this time especially for you. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the spot to someone else. I completely understand that life happens! Emergencies and unexpected things come up, and I’ll always do my best to work with you. However, if last-minute cancellations or no-shows become a pattern, I may ask to keep a card on file to secure future appointments. Cancellation Fees • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service • No-shows: 100% of the service As a courtesy, I send confirmation texts/emails before each appointment. If you’re ever unsure about your date or time, you’re always welcome to reach out and double-check. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting my time (and the time of other clients).
