Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me! I ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide me with 24-hour notice. This way, I am able to adjust the schedule accordingly. I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be required to put a card on file before securing your appointment. Your card will only be charged a cancellation fee, if there is no 24 hour notice given. Here is the general breakdown of cancellation fees: • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s) • ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount As a courtesy, I do text and/or email to confirm the date and time prior to your appointment. You are always welcome to call/text and double check any appointments if you’re unsure. • I am vaccinated and will continue to wear my mask for now because we are working in such close proximity. •   Please don't come to your appointment if you have felt sick or been around someone who has been feeling sick. Even if you think it's just allergies. •  My updated schedule is, Thursday and Friday 12-5 THANK YOU!! SEE YOU SOON!!
